Noggins is Jackson’s premier salon for creative design. We are the only exclusive Paul Mitchell focus salon in the area. We recently celebrated our 5 year anniversary, and along with that came new ownership and a new attitude. We’ve been adding to our ever evolving culture since we first opened the doors in 2004. Our website is designed to reach out to the chic residents of Jackson.
